C L A S S E S

We launch May with 2 new All Levels Hot Vinyasa Flow classes! 

// Every Thursday at 4pm (Launches May 2nd) we join the incredible Taylor Selby for a fun and flowing Vinyasa class taught in a heated 30-33 degree room, using Yoga Kula’s Infrared heating panels. The heat will allow your muscles to lengthen, while you flow through an ever-changing sequence of poses in rhythm with your breath. Taylor brings creativity,  variation and playfulness to each class so you’re guaranteed to feel fantastic afterwards.

// We also welcome a new face to the Yoga Kula family. A graduate of our first Teacher Training Course, Tiia Ourila joins us for Hot Vinyasa Flow every Saturday at 8am (Launches May 4th). Each class starts by finding a connection to one’s body and mind, tuning into the inner wisdom and listening to the feedback our bodies give us.

// We also bring you a brand new class from Claire Dambawinna. Every Saturday (from May 4th) we join Claire for Ashtanga // Technique.  A level one class exploring a range poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series which are also featured within other practices such as Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga and Iyengar. This class is suitable for everyone.  Whether this is your 1st class or your 100th class, you’ll benefit from refining your Yoga Technique. You can book this class by clicking here.


C O U R S E S

B E G I N // Express

// At the end of the month, we’re launching our first 4 week Beginners course at Sweaty Betty Leeds. An express 4 week course starting on Tuesday 28th May at 5:30pm with Becky Hill. Study the building blocks of a yoga practice as well as key yoga postures and the fundamentals of yoga such as the importance of breath and alignment. You will also be introduced to some basic yoga philosophy and meditation techniques. You can book your place by clicking here.
