Our Slow Flow + Yin class is perfect for those who want both to move and be still while being bathed in gentle and healing infrared. Inspired by our popular Vinyasa Flow classes the slow flow moments of the class offer a flowing meditative practice at slower and more relaxing pace which gently warms the body. We move slowly in a meditative way with time to pause and notice the effect of the flow on the body and mind. As tensions are released from the body through the fluid movement set to music we begin to slow down more until we find ourselves holding settling yin poses. Inspired by our popular Yin Yoga classes the yin moments of the class offer space to meditate in poses which bring a deep opening to the joints and a soothing balm for the nervous system.  Leave feeling gently warmed, calmer, grounded and present.
