7:45-9pm  // Restorative + Nidra becomes Hot Vinyasa Flow with Taylor Selby from Monday 2nd September

Tuesday

7-8am // N E W  C L A S S // Flow + Breathe* with Miz DeShannon from Tuesday 3rd September

1-1:45pm // N E W   C L A S S // Flow + Reset* with Binny Saandal from Tuesday 20th August

2-3:10pm // N E W   T I M E // Yoga for Living with Cancer with Lara Heppell from Tuesday 27th August

8-9:15pm // N E W   C L A S S  // Hatha + Restorative with Lara Heppell from Tuesday 17th September (suitable for pregnant students)

Wednesday

7-8am // N E W   C L A S S // Yoga + Sound* with Emily Forbes from Wednesday 4th September

5:15-6:15pm // Yin will be taught by Amanda Winburn from Wednesday 4th September

Thursday

9-10am // Flow + Fly becomes Vinyasa Flow (All Levels) with Susi Wick from 5th September
