Enter a new day with this deeply nurturing morning class. Yin and restorative practices frame a gentle/soft flow sequence, helping us to feel grounded yet energised for the day ahead. In stillness we support the mind and body with awareness and props, allowing relaxation and release of tensions and emotions which creates space. A flow sequence will move energy into this new space to bring wakefulness and vitality.

Each week there will be a theme to give the mind, body and soul some extra TLC. This may include Massage, Drum Meditation, Goddess Singing Bowl, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama (breath work).

The room will be warmly heated helping to soften the body and move freely.
