Rocket Yoga has it’s roots in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style of yoga. This class will be made up of a range of dynamic postures and is practiced at a faster pace than most other yoga classes so you will benefit from a good workout creating an internal warmth that will help improve your flexibility.
The class will help you build core and upper body strength both of which will support you in other yoga practices.

This is a level 2 class, which means that its a great class for students who want to challenge their practise, in a safe environment.
