Settle into a healthy self-care practice at our beautiful Restorative workshop on Sunday 24th March with Ella.

Restorative poses, mindfulness, pranayama breathing techniques and yoga nidra will bring harmony into your life, whilst attending to every section of our body, giving it much needed attention and TLC.
Soothing holds in each posture will allow your body to release, your mind to slow down and your nervous system to regenerate. In stillness, we will find space and time for reflection and relaxation, and you will emerge feeling refreshed and renewed.

This workshop is suitable for all practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis. It will help you to recharge, address stress or stress-related ailments such as insomnia, muscle tension, anxiety, fatigue, high blood pressure or IBS. We look forward to seeing you on the mat.

I had my first encounter with yoga at the age of 16, this slowly progressed until I was taking regular classes when I was at university.

It was when I graduated that I made yoga a priority—I decided to move to Australia for a few months to travel and immerse myself in the practice, but little did I know quite how powerful, rewarding and fulfilling this ancient system was and what was supposed to be a 5 month trip turned into two years!

After practicing and studying with Power Living in Sydney I moved to Byron Bay where I spent a year studying at the Byron Yoga Centre and gained my level 1, 2, 3 & Cert 4 (800hr) in Yoga Teacher Training.
