Join Catharine Rosenthall in a hypnotic evening workshop that will transport you into a deep restful sleep. Hypnotherapy practices will access the potent potential of R.E.M, the brainwave pattern where stress and negative thoughts can be processed to a narrative format, bringing us into a pure sense of serenity allowing us to drift off  with ease and comfort.

 

Sleep is vital to our health and wellbeing, just as eating, drinking and breathing. We cannot live without food or water, we also cannot survive without sleep.

The evening will begin with some gentle pranayama to calm and soothe the mind, leading to some deeply held restorative poses to invite the physical to soften and let go before the practice of yoga nidra.

Yoga nidra translates as “yogic sleep”. A beautiful practice that induces an effortless state of being, moving between wakefulness and dreaming. The practice is known to mimic the effect of sleep on the brain through altered brainwave activity. This state of consciousness is where we find deep healing and rejuvenation.
