My Classes

My classes integrate a balance of mindful, strong and dynamic Hatha, taught with warmth and support. Breath focus is key throughout the class, helping to quieten the busy mind and encourage greater peace.

My Yoga Journey

I went to my first yoga class in my teens. When I left I felt more peaceful and connected than I had for a long time. I kept going back – curious about feeling so calm and happy at the end of the class. Yoga has been a constant companion since then. Years down the line – deciding to become a yoga teacher has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, in every way Yoga has played a major part in my life.

My Credentials

I completed my teacher training in the UK with Yogacampus in early 2014.
Since then I’ve specialised in teaching Yoga Nidra – yogic sleep, a deep mediative state of consciousness and also Well Woman Yoga Therapy teacher training, which is a nourishing and restorative practice that honours the cyclical nature of women’s lives. I enjoy mentoring teacher trainees with Yogacampus.

India has played a big part in my life and I go back to Rishikesh in the foothills of the Himalayas each year to immerse myself in practice and philosophy. In the UK I continue to practice with great respect and gratitude to my wonderful teachers Liz Lark & Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
