This Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama class will give you the opportunity to go deeper into your yoga practice. You will increase your ability to align the body safely during postural practice as we take the time to understand and apply alignment principles.

You will be guided towards an introspective state through the practices of pranayama and meditation, as we explore the physical and mental effects of a variety of techniques.

The teacher will present different series of dynamic postures each week, always allowing time for relaxation at the end of the class. Pranayama and meditation techniques will also be varied in order to discover which techniques are most effective for you. Students will be given options and alternatives to accommodate different abilities within the class.

This class is suitable for those newer to yoga as well as more experienced students wanting to deepen their practice.
