What my classes are like

My classes emphasise awareness of breath and movement, enabling students to build intuition as to how to move safely, in a relaxed and supportive environment.

My journey into yoga

I first started practicing yoga in 2010. What began as a way to stretch out after running and triathlon training became something much more. I found yoga to be the perfect complement for any sport (and for life in general!) bringing the body back into balance and increasing clarity and focus.

 My study and credentials

I qualified as a 200 hour registered yoga teacher with Yogacampus, in order to help others feel the transformative physical and mental benefits of yoga for themselves. I’m a keen runner and have many years’ experience as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. I also studied yoga for injuries with Julie Gudmestad and work with athletes from beginners to professionals.
