What my classes are like

I take the Yoga for Beginners Courses at Kula and my yoga study has a strong anatomical focus, meaning I have an in depth knowledge of how to practice safely, within your own body’s limits. I love it when students start to discover how liberating, enlightening and (most importantly) fun the practice of yoga can be.

 My journey into yoga

I have been practising yoga since 2008, I started with Ashtanga to increase my strength and flexibility. My background is in dance and so I was firstly attracted to the physical aspects of yoga, but gradually I’ve become interested in the philosophical and spiritual side.

My study and credentials

I trained with the Yoga Academy and qualified as a 200-hour registered yoga teacher in 2013 specialising in Hatha and Yin yoga. Since then, I’ve trained with Donna Farhi as well as Yin Yoga ‘gurus’ Paul and Suzee Grilley.
