Settle into a healthy self-care practice this February with our Restorative workshop.
Restorative poses, mindfulness, pranayama breathing techniques and yoga nidra will bring harmony into your life, whilst attending to every section of our body, giving it much needed attention and TLC.
Soothing holds in each posture will allow your body to release, your mind to slow down and your nervous system to regenerate. In stillness, we will find space and time for reflection and relaxation, and you will emerge feeling refreshed and renewed.

This workshop is suitable for all practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis. It will help you to recharge, address stress or stress-related ailments such as insomnia, muscle tension, anxiety, fatigue, high blood pressure or IBS. We look forward to seeing you on the mat.

What my classes are like
I teach Kids Yoga and Restorative Yoga at Yoga Kula.
My Kids Yoga class on Thursday’s are a playful and sensitive approach to yoga and meditation for children aged 4-10 years of age. The sessions engage your child’s creativity and curiosity and help build confidence, concentration and co-ordination, whilst improvising physical strength and balance.
My Restorative yoga class offer students much needed time for space, relaxation and deep rest. Each session provides a calming, holistic tonic to busy, modern living. Every Friday at 3:45pm.

My journey into yoga & therapy
I discovered yoga when travelling in Indonesia in 2004 and was immediately hooked, realising that yoga would not only complement my dance training brilliantly, but also bring much needed balance to my busy and at times stressful life as a dance artist.

My study and credentials
In 2010 I began studying and training in Iyengar Yoga with Olop Arpipi in Indonesia. I completed my 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Cassie Aitken of Global Yoga in the US and became a member of Yoga Alliance UK the same year. I studied and certified in Yoga Nidra with Uma Dinsmore Tuli. In 2014 I obtained my Thai Yoga Massage certificate from The School Of Thai Yoga Massage, London, after training for 2 years with founder Kira Balaskan and Amy Ku Reedler. I have also completed Chavutti Thirumal massage practice in 2013, studying with Prabhat Menon.
