Our kids yoga classes at Yoga Kula are fun, playful, educational and adventurous. Simple and fun yoga poses, breathing techniques and time for stillness are used to create stories and adventure! Starting yoga at a young age is an amazing tool to keep the mind calm and to help children deal with their emotions and build confidence. Yoga is also a great way to develop awareness, imagination, co-ordination, physical strength and mental concentration.

Our Kids Yoga classes offer a playful and sensitive approach to yoga and meditation. The sessions will engage your child’s creativity and curiosity and build confidence. Practicing yoga can help to improve concentration, co-ordination, strength and balance. There is a lot more social pressure on children these days and a regular yoga practice can give them the tools to feel good in their own skin and discover their inner leader.

Class Details

Children can be dropped off and left with the teacher for the duration of the class.

Please arrive in comfortable clothes at least five minutes before the start and be ready to collect them again at the end.

Socks and shoes can be left outside the studio under the bench provided.
