These masterclass workshops with Senior yoga teacher Eyal will give you a solid understanding in modern Hatha Yoga.  Each workshop includes a section on philosophy or history, anatomy, a focus on a particular area of asana, plus teaching on mantra, pranayama and the energetic system.

Are you looking to deepen your yoga practice?  Perhaps you are practising 2 or 3 times a week and would like to take this to the next level, or maybe you are looking to take a teacher training programme in the future? If you’re already a yoga teacher, looking for continued study you will receive a 35 hour credit with Yoga Alliance upon completion of the full course or 5 hours for completion of each individual session. Our series of 7 Masterclasses aims to enhance your existing practice and provide you with the knowledge, confidence and skills to go to the next level in whatever form that is for you.

The workshops will be held in our beautiful studio in Chapel Allerton over the next 8 months starting in October 2016 through to May 2017.  Each workshop will build on the knowledge and practical skills learned in the previous session, although you can drop in to single workshops if you wish.
