If you are new to Yoga we would recommend you complete at least one cycle of our 6 week Yoga for Beginners Course. During the six weeks you will study the building blocks of a yoga practice which you can then bring with you into our drop in sessions. You will learn key yoga postures and the fundamentals of the yoga practice such as the importance of breath and alignment. You will also be introduced to some basic yoga philosophy and meditation techniques.
